August 31 这篇日记我写了好多天终于完成,这个培训过程也很tough,同时也很开心满足。但是大家看这么多的文字,估计就只有痛苦了。所以我不得不说它带有一定的自娱自乐成分,不愿看的自动无视。

Background/Introduction
- How into?
- After several steps, i faced BBM Campaign. Firstly, i dont want to join. But Amanda described a splendid picture for me. Frankly speaking, i was moved.

- BBM is Blue Blood Marketing.
- Candidates take courses given by Foresight, and do proposal presentations.

- i have little knowledge in this part, or we wont confused the Nanfu Project.

1)Training by Foresight(25 August)
- David did the "Attitude Accounts" presentation for us.
- At that time, i dont not quite understand. But now, when reading the notes i kept 6 days ago, i have new feelings.
- So, all the 10 tips David concluded will influce me. (He is successful. He influced my decisions)
- Cindy told us "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People"
- Begin with the End in Mind
- i dont care this one in the class, but it proved this habit is very very important.
- Put First Things First
- We must meet deadlines at the time, especailly yesterday. Sam gave us big presure. So time-management is crucial.
- Seek Fisrt to Understand, Then to Be Understood
- We were not convinced we lost in Nanfu Proposal. We ran into David. He didnt know what we have done in the presentation, but he pointed out our biggest problems. That is we may not understand what's in customers' mind.

2)Proposal Presentation 1: Nanfu Battery (26 August - 27 August)
- Group composed
- 12 campaign members were devided into 2 groups.
- Our group is named Vingin. (Actually it should be Virgin, but Sherry made a spelling mistake.) We are Luffey, Ada, Echo, Rexking, Sherry and me.
- The other group is HunDouLuo(HDL). Their leader is ZPJ.
- Amanda gave us the task
- We would make a proposal for Nanfu Battery on recruiting 40 sales trainers in 20 provinces.
- We could make phone call to Nanfu for further infomation and make an appointment for the presentation the next day.
- Discussion
- We made a general proposal outline, so quickly.
- We devided the whole Nanfu sales trainer program into 2 parts: recruitment(4 girls) and training(2 boys).
- We even listed the questions we wanna ask Nanfu.
- We were even intoxicated by our efficiency.
- Then we began to talk, chat and laugh. We just have been going about with our nose in the air. We didnt care whether there still were people who works on Sundays and even more we played joke on him and nicknamed him.
Call to Nanfu
- The call was made by Sherry. And we five added what she forgot.
- Actucally we didnt get too much what we need. They just told us, it was the 1st time they did so. They had no idea.
Report to Amanda
- We put forward our draft and further worklist.
- We asked her an important question that is about Nanfu's budget. She told us: make it rough.
- We also discuss the problems of train in different cities, and try to make up the disadvantages.(The solution is find local experts and train them.)
- In order to beat ChinaHR, we may have something new. Without thought, we mentioned brand promotion/spread. She remind us pay close attention to do something special.
Did assigned jobs
- It didnt take me too much time on finishing the first draft PPT.
- We all finished the everyone's part. The rest job was compiling them into one.
- The next morning, we made some little change and made them into one.
- We faced to first difficulty. (In next days, we'll know how little it was!) We need change the font and size of the characters according to Foresight's PPT template.
Mock-Presentaion to Amanda
- We met problems with the video projector at first. (This maybe the 2nd difficulty. Also it was esay to overcome.)
- I need introduce both Sherry's and my part, bcos she is absent in the morning. It was a little challenge for me. (We will face the word Challenge again and again in next few days. Sometimes we challenge, and sometimes we are challenged.)
- During the process, Amanda questioned us for sometime. At that time, frendship goes first! We tried to explain for our group members.
- After our whole presentation, Amanda pointed out our problems for more than 40 minutes. She emphasized on "Begin with the End in Mind" and "Put First Things First".
- She doubted the filter. And so I had to add a part into the filter steps in little time, but it still didnt mean big thing to us.

Presentation
- We presented to Amanda, Even and Cissy.
- Luffey, Ada and Echo introduced their parts. Nobody asked anything.
- My turn to introduce the filter steps... Even asked questions firstly, anyhow, i responced. Then Amanda questioned Sherry and my experience in HR. Without hesitation, I told her we have at least 5 yrs experience in this field. |||
- Sherry faced Q&A as well.
- The biggest challenge was Even make Rexking to compare two options of training program. She focused much on whether the training is high-efficiency.
- Luffey showed a Gantt Chart to explain our project schedule. And then, the sensitive part "budget". Our budget is 200,000 yuan.
- In the morning, Ada just estimate the rough number on my note book. So I reported to them. I found I couldnt explain 20,000 yuan, I put them mobil.
- Even challenged the 20,000 yuan. I looked at the Gantt Chart, suddenly a thought came into my mind, so I use the gap between the discount/non-discount air ticket to explain the 20,000 yuan.
- They put forward another series problems
- Amanda questioned the human resourse cost. We gave her a calculation.
- Even thought brand promotion/spread took the place of recruitment. In her mind, the budget is so big for a recruitment program. We off course told her the long-time advantages. However, as all bussiness people, she only concerns what she could get short-time.
- Even again mentioned efficiency. Her goal is efficiency>cost. But she didnt think our proposal is worth 200,000 yuan. I used the knowledge I learnt from accounting and told her talents is an important kind of intangible assets. She accepted, but she still didnt think it is worthy for her to do so.
- Even reminded us in the company the fee for HR and sales is figured up independently. Echo gave her advice that we can put our proposal into two, and also mention the efficiency problems can be proved by the market reserch. OMG! She became more angry to say it was high-cost to do market reserch.
- I doubted whether it was trap to see if we can hold on our viewpoint. So I told Ada to hold on.
- Next... I cannot remember all... If you ask me to use one word to discribe is FIGHT. We had strong confident in persuading Even and we had strong will to win... We wanna fight for our success.
- 从proposal presentation几乎发展成为双方稍微都彬彬有礼的辩论赛,场面混乱到我无法用英语表达。
Anyhow, we conclued the presentation. We could go back home. We need to keep minutes and waited for group HDL.
Keeping Minutes
- I left the notes and book in the school. So I followed the instruction on Internet and my impression to keep minute.
- When came into our quarrel, we became angry again. We couldnt understand why such a nice proposal wont be accepted.
- I dont know why I am so impulsive, when I found David sitting comfortably behind the desk. I turned to him,"Hey, David! Why cannot we give the customer additional brand promotion service? And why are they so short-sighted?..."写会议纪要已发展成诉苦会和讨教会。
- With David's words, we seemed to know something about our problems. We should know customer insight, then influce them. Our aim is not forcing customer accept all of our thoughts.
Summary
- According to Amanda and Even's word, it seemed we lost in this turn in the competition with group HDL.

3)Training by Foresight(28 August)
- David gave lessons to us whole day.

- Anyhow, his course is much more interesting... Maybe this is so-called big boss? Hahahaha~
- A good example i wanna recall is Starbucks. When Starbucks sells coffee on air/When Starbucks sells coffee in auto-machine, is it a kind of improvement or fall back? (The answer is fall back... i find Shanghai Oriental Art Centre is becoming another Starbucks. They invited My Show Stars into Opera House... What??? Shit!!!)
- In my origianl mind, i only know web1.0 or web 2.0, but now i know communication 1.0, communication 1.5, communication 2.0. Unbelievable~ Really amazing~
Lunch
- Since we hated 老鸭粉丝汤, so we asked Cissy booked the bussiness maels. Really convenient.
Brand Management and Distribution Introduction(after lunch)
- In a little PK between two groups, we lost. Anyhow, we were still happy.
- The atomsphere is fine. We can play joke from time to time. David seemed in good mood with us.
- He said i am a good motivator... Wow??? Hahahaha...
- i found i really like learning new things, such as GRP, SOS, SOV, PSF, 3E, ROI... 哈哈, 我爱学习!
After David's lesson, Amanda came to show the minutes. She showed ours, and pointed out many mistakes... i was unhappy when others challenge what i learnt on campus, i dont think that Ms. Huang Liwei is wrong. And i would like to follow LICC's instructions.(以下省略若干字反驳,争论,妥协及讲评过程)
Cissy told us Lining would have a training course for their new employee, so our schedule changed.
- Option 1: Lining Training(1 day) - Mock Proposal Presentation (2 days). But all of us said we are not available on 31 August. (Amanda left the room.)
- Option 2: Lining Training(1 day) - Mock Proposal Presentation (1 day). Then the presentaion task will be very tough within only 1 day.
- Option 3: Lining Training(1 day) - Foresight Training(1 day). We put forward this option, and recommended Sam give us lessons. However, Cissy should comfirm whether it is OK.

- A Plain Day or An Unusual Day?
- Cissy told us in the afternoon Sam will come to give us task at abt 4pm. We should go to some stores.
- 省略若干字无聊的培训课程,唯一乐趣在于与混斗罗小组的公开PK大胜,还有中午老大请客大家吃饭(这么无聊的培训,我们还因集体迟到被叫上台表扬,幸亏我们女生选择体育频道,表演5个俯卧撑了事)
- At 15:30, when it is a pause, we couldnt help escaping. Actually Sam will come to give us a task. It was a nice excuse.

5)Episode~(29 August)
- At abt 16:00, Sam came. Again stripe clothing(条纹衣服). FT! From cross stripe T-shirt to vertical stripe shirt. I couldnt helping laughing~ Sam smiled as well. It seemed the block ice beginning is friendly. However, the development is without our control.
- The task is: doing mkt reserch for Hengshun Viniegar, then giving recommendations for improving turnover.
- 必须省略若干字我们和Sam所做无聊的讨价还价,还有和foresight方面的电话沟通,希望变task为training course,结果就是: Refundment or Task. 3 of 12 chose Refundment including me.
- Anything is possbile! (Lining's slogan used here is really suitable) Our group change idea after Echo's professional analyze based on her learning(Psycology). We decided to take the task. Thinking is easy, but doing isnt easy.

6) Proposal Presentation 2: Hengshun Vinegar(29 August-30 August)
- I began to find infomation abt Hengshun. Since Hengshun is a listed company, i can use some Stock software to check its finacial report. (这个时候真正在报表里面看到那些未分配利润,主营业务收入,存货周转率,速动比率,还有负债啊,固定资产...心里真高兴,学有所用,虽然财务管理考的爆差,但还是感到学习的意义,我居然还神奇的看到恒顺的z值一定到了破产的范围了,晕菜~)
- The next morning, i also entered some mom&papa shops to grasp infomation before arrving Foresight.
- This day was really a big challenge for us. Anyhow, we overcame the obstacles.
- Ada told us Amanda welcomed our back.
- Even entered the office... It was incredible for her to seeing us again. To her, we are 打不死的小强.(她最经典的语录是:他们怎么还这么开心,是不是对他们打击不够?) But we were still doing our things, sharing our infomation.
- Cissy, Amanda came. Everyone said nothing to us.
- Finally dear Sam came into our glass box. He instructed us today. When i thinking back now, he pushed us whole day. Without his push, maybe we never know our potential and be so devoted dealing with one thing.
- i took the task of making PPT outlines. (At that time i dont know my choice will push me to such a place that i should lead and master all 8-person group. It almost made me mad.)
- We made first version PPT and reported to Sam. He pointed all of our problems. And ask us to do a draft PPT, then report, then mock presentation, then revise, then do proposal prensation(today David and Amanda will be reported). All this poccess was quite tough. Becos we havnt got enough computer, so i have to use theirs. But Cissy and Sam tried to broke the password for manytimes. But failed... Then aftering entering right one, i found Excel couldnt open successfully on that machine... Luffey's comupter installs Windows Vista without mouth, and it made some easy operation difficult... In one word, we paid much time on Excel chart and table, and converse from Excel to PPT. 后来Sam说:熟练的话一个图半分钟就做好,而且放在ppt里面直接做,不要在excel和ppt里面转来转去,浪费内存...这还扯到内存了?真是professional啊!(联想到我上次还嚣张对他说你给大家说说rss...晕菜)
- I never be so frastraded sometimes during the poccess. i had to use laugh to masked the embarrassment. 前所未有的丢脸~愧对这些年接受的教育,给老师丢了脸,如果过会儿给David做presentation还这样,还要给Sam丢脸. We was pushed by all the deadlines given by Sam. To be frank, we should also take the responsibility becos of the "episode". So we again and again ask postpone the deadlines. We didnt care mianzi(面子) at that time, only to be as willful as a kid for more mercy and kindness.
- In the mock presentation, i replaced all to be the only presentator. To be honest, i was not quite clear abt my team members' work. So i had to make up something i didnt know clearly.
- Sam pointed a picture Ada made had big problems and showed disatisfactory.
- Seeing we were not confident and disspiritful, Sam encouraged us,"You have done well. When i did my first proposal, i revised 7 times."
- 丑媳妇总要见公婆! It was high time we faced David's challenge. Sam gave us a kind reminder to be modest firstly, then David would have preparation to see our performance.
- 省略若干字presentation过程,因为我写了Munites了。In a word, David was much kinder. Though he questioned us, he's kind and nice. When he concluded our presentation, he gave us some tips really useful.(Hengshun's SKU is so large; Hengshun's control with retail end is low.)
- Three things made us couldnt help laughing: (1) David really appreciated Ada's picture (2) He felt strange why we be so modest to depreciate ourselves. That was Sam specially remind us. We looked at Sam, laughing and laughing... i was so naughty and said, "David! Sam taught us how to make the picture." David恍然大悟:"我说你们怎么这么..."众笑翻!Pooooooooooor Sam. i didnt mean to play joke on him. But i just were very happy these days, and tended to make fun. (3) David appreciated us in general, and he also encouraged us, "do you know how many times did Sam revise the first time he made his proposal?" "7!" "7? It must be urgent, or it must be more than 7 times."

2)Group Vingin VS Group HDL
- i love my group: Vingin! Especailly Ada and Echo gave me a lot of happiness. In the summer vacation, i am really unhappy. But the short 6 days together made all my happy gene bloom~
- Our group is a union from beginning to end. This is very valuable.
- i dont wanna comment the other group HDL, anyhow, i just think some have few independent thoughs and maybe sacrifice for others.

3)Foresight
- Amanda世家 (据说是股东,自然是世家): She called me before the campaign in order to persuade me join. She succeed. She is a good person maybe lack of some professional knowledge. So she was challenged. Anyhow, i still should thank to her for giving me such important experience.
- Cissy列传 (虽不很够格,但我们心里也把她归入): She was a little elder than most of us besides Echo. She always stand in our side. She helped us book the meals and told us something in their company.
- David本纪 (老板毋庸置疑是本纪,而且他说的东西真的最有质量和深度): The first day, he gave us a short presentation on "Attitude accounts" influced us a lot. Our understand of this part became deeper and deeper with the campaign. He is very professional and be very tolerant towards us. 我们的造反行为惊动了在贵州出差的他立马回上海。但是最后他不但很好的指导总结了我们的presentation,并且就此只说了句:那个,这两天的事,你们还挺神的...论道我们FT。
- Sam列传 (Cissy说他是MBA,写案子好厉害的): The first time we saw him was a Sunday, so everybody neednt wear formal. He dressed casually - A cross stripe T-shirt. Since he helped to repair the printer. i took him for IT and ask him explain RSS to my groupmates. i also thoroughly turned my talents in nicking nicknames, and called him tiaozi, tiaowen, shixiong. Just maybe he is so kind, i would like play joke on him. Really sorry. Acutally he challege us a lot and gave us a lot.
- Even列传 (专业知识更丰富,在所到她不熟悉的领域还敢比我们牛!): She challenge us without any mercy. But to her astonish, we are not frstrated because of our confidence and happiness. i have listed her classical words. 最经典的是我和Ada在restroom小阁间内解决内急。然后就聊天说,我们小组可以改名字了,我们真是越挫越勇,Even直到我们还这样肯定要昏过去,说完整理衣物走出来发现Even就在等门!

August 04 白色巨塔内外的医生们 ——谨以此文献给我过世的医生舅舅和我所遇见的好医生
暑假前在学校comic看《白色巨塔》,当看到唐泽寿明扮演的潇洒的财前五郎,还有江口洋介扮演的呆呆的里见修二,天平倒向了唐泽。我颇为认同剧中财前的观点:浪速大学附属医院是大医院,设备先进,床位紧张,财前的技术可以拯救很多人,每天有无数患者等着他开刀救援,他不可能像里见那样为了一个病患,尤其一个轻症者花费过多时间,也不可能为了一个肯定救不活的人再多耗费资源,这是对最需要他的那些患者的不公平。 所以,当佐佐木一家要告他时,他依然固守行医理念,他的固执在我看来,就和偏执地认为一切自然会公平,只要努力医疗体系不正之风有希望好转的里见和东佐枝子一样的天真。也许作为演员唐泽太有亲和力了,让你无法去讨厌这个角色;也许我的心晦暗太久,让我觉得像财前这样拥有高超外科技术的人说出这样高傲的话是有道理的,似乎是典型法家观点…
两周多前的意外使我又一次习惯性扭伤了脚踝,就医多次,用药无数,至今没有痊愈,这次所有症状都和以前普通扭伤太不同了,担心是无法避免的。更加让我怨恨的是医生的态度,敷衍冷漠,事不关己。知道浦南医院都是庸医和恶人,但我还是去就诊了。急诊外科女医生很没医德,看不到患者的焦急,都没有摸一下患处,没看看哪里肿,只问了句哪里疼。我无法说清,她不耐烦了:你自己哪里疼不知道啊?被她的质问惊到了,我含糊道:好像是…,她马上甩出一张写着天书的摄片付费单。坐进放射室的我已对每年多次光临这样容易诱发癌症的地方产生了抵触和恐惧,久病成医让我意识到拍摄的位置和以前的任何一次都不同。终于在被放射科职员白了很多眼后拿到了报告。(就因为我急着等报告多看了几眼那个女职员,她就值得如同被我非礼般白我眼?!)报告赫然:诸骨…无明显骨折。为什么是诸骨,诸骨在哪?以前都是骰骨,急诊片子不能马上到手,只得返回急诊外科。 之后的故事就是用药没用,我又隔了几天去学校本部的校医院,被值班的全科医生告知不可能骨折,开了药了事。我其实更加想知道的为什么屡屡这样扭伤,有没有办法治好。可是得到的答案是这个没有办法。 这一刻,医生等于在对病人说你没希望了,你未来人生就必须和这样的问题伴随。我想到《白色巨塔》中里见的话,永远不要说病人没有希望了,所有的病人都是有希望的。突然理解佐佐木听到要活命只能开刀这种宣判时的绝望和不安了。
久病不愈的心理压力远大于生理,终于我想到了世界上几大恶俗事件之一,托关系。一定要托人到六院的骨科看病去,因为那里的骨科就像九院的口腔科一样闻名于市。要谢谢热心的小谭和她母亲,给了我在六院骨科找到一个耐耐心心的好医生就诊的机会。周三,小谭妈妈陪我找到一位叫沈继的医生,他仔细地看了下我带去的片子,并下捏了下我扭到的地方,仔细确定下骨头有没有伤到,然后了解清我之前所有的用药以及我用药方面的要求再给我开了方。当被问到以后要怎样防备的时候,他还是多关照了我几句。如果事情就此over未免平淡,他告诉我可以下周二找施忠民医生看看,他是这方面专家,他专攻踝关节扭伤及后遗症。那一刻,我要湮灭的希望之火又燃了起来。
虽说沈继医生没有给出我最想要的答案,我也还没有去施医生那里看病,但他传递给我的是希望和信心,这是最让我高兴的。
想到我高中时有一个冬天的晚上,本来就有些感冒发烧的我,做着作业就突然的我的手脚发麻,久久不好,妈妈紧张地说会不会中风,搞得全家紧张兮兮。赶去离家最近的市级医院——仁济东院的一路上,我自己也担心紧张得要死。挂了急诊内科,去仁济总感叹人山人海,那个年轻的男医生应该已接待了无数闹肚子,发高烧的患者,排在后面的病人依旧挤满了走廊。但当我坐下来的一瞬间,我感到了来自他的一种希望的力量,他似乎没意识到无数等候的病人,很安静很柔和地问诊,捏着我冰冰冷半麻半不麻的手掌让我安心,并帮我分析可能造成手脚突然发麻的原因,第一时间排除中风的猜测,我顿时放心许多。之后让我做一个血检,他说血液中的离子紊乱可能造成我的症状,检查结果除了白细胞高出正常值,其余正常,因为我有点小感冒发烧,白细胞会高,所以开了些药。如果别的医生也许就说好了,没事了,你可以回去了。可是他却说:“我真的不知道怎么会造成你所说的麻木感,我的内科知识无法解释。我帮我转去神经内科去看下,不用再挂号的,就从这儿这样走过去。”千恩万谢间,似乎手脚也不怎么麻了。来到一点不忙碌的急诊神内科,进一步确诊了没事。我不知道那位内科医生的名字,也记不清他的容貌,但我至今依然记着这件事,依然会在想起这件事时感动。《白色巨塔》中财前说医生任何的犹豫和疑惑都会令病人不安。但是就是这样的被誉为神的医生敢于承认自己的无知,并帮我转科。还有一个原因就是他友善的态度,传递给我一种真正医生应该拥有的爱心。
我至今和很多医生,医院打过交道,看了《白色巨塔》也不想多探讨那些抽象的医患关系,医疗体制,因为我自己也好困惑。但是唯一不让人困惑的是那些已经为数不多的好医生,和他们带给我们的希望,信心,力量和爱心。
